Hi Bob,

If the link you are referring to is KB post 102135 (linked below) then I fixed it so you can download the PDE help file from there. I think that link has been broken since we switched servers and no one said anything!!! I think we missed copying them over when we moved the server months ago. So, thanks for pointing it out. I just now FTPed up the missing files.
