Limit Records in a Table
I have built a program for a company - They want to try it to see if they like it. I would like code or method to limit the main customer table to 10 entries. If they buy it I would then give a access code to release the table to unlimited enteries. How is the best way to handle this?, Thanks!

When your program starts, and when it exits, (hopefully you have a script that starts your application) have a tcursor check the number of records in that table., , If more than 10, delete down to 10 records in the table., , Also, hopefully you have a form for entering records into the table., , On form close you could test for number of records and delete everything over 10 records., , Some would probably say trap for insertrecord (new record) a...

Notebook Tab Problem
I use a form with a notebook with 8 tabs. When I click on tabs they will shuffle around. How can I set them in permanent static order on screen. Thanks!

Do you have more than one row of tabs? If you do, the notebook will always place the currently selected row on the bottom. If you go into the properties page for your notebook object and tell it to have 8 tabs across, you'll only have one row and they won't move around like that., , Then you just have to figure out how to make your labels fit!
